Terms of service

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Choice Cabin Media Ltd covering your use of choicecabinstorypulse.com and our briefing subscriptions.

1. Agreement and parties

This website and the briefings published on it are provided by Choice Cabin Media Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 14827365, registered office 27 Farringdon Yard, Suite 4, London, EC1M 3JB, United Kingdom. By accessing the site, submitting the contact form or purchasing a subscription you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

2. Nature of the content

All Serie A analysis, models, probabilities, projections and valuations on this site are editorial opinion produced for information and entertainment. They are not financial, investment, betting or professional advice, and they are not guarantees of any sporting or commercial outcome. Probabilities are estimates that change as new information arrives. You are solely responsible for any decision you take after reading our content, and you must comply with the gambling laws of your own jurisdiction. We do not operate, promote or take commission from any betting service.

3. Your obligations

  • Provide accurate information when contacting us or subscribing, and keep your account credentials confidential.
  • Use the site lawfully and not for any fraudulent, defamatory, harassing or infringing purpose.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or interfere with the availability of the service.
  • Do not scrape, crawl, mirror, frame or use automated tools to extract content or data at scale.
  • Do not resell, redistribute, republish or share paid briefings, in whole or in substantial part, with anyone outside your subscription.
  • Do not misrepresent our analysis as fact, or attribute to us statements we have not made.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

The Matchday Desk plan is charged at €9 per month or €90 per year, inclusive of applicable VAT where relevant, and renews automatically until cancelled. New subscribers receive a 14-day trial; if you cancel before it ends you are not charged. You may cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing [email protected], and access continues until the end of the paid period. Where consumer law grants a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, exercising it after you have begun accessing digital content may result in a proportionate charge, as permitted by law. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

5. Intellectual property

All text, models, data tables, charts, code, layouts, graphics and the choicecabinstorypulse name and mark are owned by Choice Cabin Media Ltd or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, database right and trade mark law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal, non-commercial use and, if you are a subscriber, to store copies of briefings for your own reference. You may quote up to 60 words with clear attribution and a link to the source page. Any other reproduction, adaptation, commercial use or use of our content to train machine learning systems requires prior written permission. Club names, competition names and player names are the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively.

6. Third-party links

We link to external sites, such as official league pages, for convenience. We do not control them, we do not endorse their content, and we accept no responsibility for their availability, accuracy or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's own terms.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or modify any part of the site or any briefing without notice for maintenance, security or editorial reasons. We may also revise these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version and continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit, revenue, betting stakes, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, however caused. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or GBP 100. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the site, or any unauthorised redistribution of our content.

10. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing to use the site. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, if you materially breach these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive use, or if required by law. On termination, the licence in clause 5 ends and clauses 5, 8, 9, 10 and 11 survive.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Before starting proceedings, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally; we aim to respond substantively within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence and rely on the mandatory consumer protections available there.

12. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours as part of a corporate reorganisation. These terms, together with the privacy policy and cookie policy, form the entire agreement between us.
