1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage and pixels. We use both cookies and one localStorage entry, and for simplicity this policy calls them all cookies. They let a site remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand in aggregate how the site is used.
2. How consent works here
When you first visit choicecabinstorypulse.com, a banner appears at the bottom of the screen with three options: Accept All, Reject Non-Essential and Preferences. Essential cookies are always active because the site cannot function without them; no analytics or functional cookie is set until you consent. Your choice is recorded in localStorage under the key ccsp_cookie_consent together with a timestamp, and it applies across the whole site for 12 months. To change your mind, clear that entry in your browser's site data and reload any page — the banner will reappear.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, we do not embed social media pixels, and we do not sell or share cookie data with data brokers. If that ever changes, we will ask for fresh consent before setting anything new.
6. Turning cookies off in your browser
You can block or delete cookies at browser level at any time. Blocking essential cookies may prevent forms and subscriber login from working.
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Site settings → choose blocking level, or "Delete browsing data" to clear existing cookies.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Enhanced Tracking Protection (Standard, Strict or Custom) and Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data.
- Safari (macOS): Safari → Settings → Privacy → Block all cookies, and Manage Website Data to remove individual entries.
- Safari (iOS/iPadOS): Settings app → Safari → Block All Cookies, or Clear History and Website Data.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.
- Android Chrome: Chrome → Settings → Site settings → Cookies.
Most browsers also offer a private or incognito mode, which discards cookies when the window closes, and support the Global Privacy Control signal, which we honour as an opt-out of non-essential cookies where it is sent.
7. Changes and contact
We review this policy at least twice a year and whenever we add or remove a supplier. Material changes trigger a fresh consent request.
